We have been serving food to locals and visitors for over 40 years. Our founder, Mr Tom Davis, started the family run business in 1968 in College Square Belfast under the name Skandia. The Skandia group currently consists of 3 restaurants, Neill's Hill, Olio, and ourselves Papa Joes New Orleans who have been in Bangor since 1971.

We offer a wide range of dishes to suit most tastes, influenced by the flavours of New Orleans, Louisiana.
Here, we pride ourselves in offering a place to come for tables of 1 right up to large parties where you will find good food!
